Diamond — 4-Year-Old Registered Friesian Sport Horse Gelding 14.2hh Diamond is a 4-year-old registered Friesian Sport Horse gelding with an incredible brain and a ton of versatility. For his age, he has an impressive amount of experience and is the type that is always willing to try whatever you ask of him. Diamond rides English and Western and is currently schooling dressage. He has a nice W/T/C, picks up both leads, rides off your leg, and is responsive without being complicated. He has been started over fences and has also schooled lower-level eventing. He is BRAVE and honest to the jumps, enjoys the job, and has the brain and foundation to continue developing as a very fun eventing or jumping prospect. He has even been ridden bareback and bridleless. Outside of the arena, Diamond has extensive trail experience and has logged a ton of miles. He has completed a 30+ mile trail ride as well as a 19-mile road ride completely by himself. He rides out alone or in a group, is traffic safe, and confidently crosses water, bridges, difficult terrain, and trail obstacles. Diamond has also been used on a drill team and at rodeos carrying flags, has worked cattle, and has participated in a cattle drive. There really isn’t much this young horse hasn’t already been exposed to. On the ground, Diamond is an absolute puppy dog. He loves attention, is easy to catch, stands for the farrier, ties, bathes, loads and trailers well, and is simply enjoyable to have around. He is 100% sound with no known issues. For only being 4, Diamond has an exceptional foundation and the brain to go in just about any direction. Eventing, dressage, jumping, trails, ranch riding, obstacles, drill team, or an all-around horse — he is the kind that can truly do a little bit of everything.
