Hot Like Chili  13yr Registered AQHA Palomino Mare around 14.2hh (Cash My Bar Chex × Hot N Sugar Coated) “Chex” is a stunning palomino Quarter Horse mare standing 14–15 hands tall, offering a versatile and proven all-around package. Primarily used on the barrels, Chex is a finished mare that has been hauled extensively to jackpots, seen the sights at rodeos, and has countless trail miles under her belt. She has also been exposed to cattle and shows natural grit—she’s the type that won’t back down and would gladly sort one if asked. She is confident outside the arena, rides out alone without issue, and has been around traffic, loud equipment, and everyday commotion. Not barn sour and very capable in new environments, she travels and adapts well..Chex has never offered to buck or rear and is a forward, responsive mare. She does have a little personality and can be “watchy” and expressive at times, so we recommend her for an experienced rider who appreciates a horse with feel and presence. Under saddle, she is willing, consistent, and enjoys having a job. In addition to her riding career, Chex offers strong broodmare potential with her bloodlines and has produced a foal previously. She is at a great age for someone looking to continue using her or transition her into a breeding program down the road. On the ground, she is sound-minded with routine care—good for the farrier and veterinarian. She is the type of mare that sits at the top of the pecking order and carries herself accordingly; she may be a little opinionated to catch at times, but it’s more bark than bite. Selling through no fault of her own—owner is looking to take on new training projects and would love to see Chex go on to be utilized to her full potential. If you’re looking for a sharp, capable mare with experience, grit, and future broodmare value—Hot Like Chili is one worth taking a serious look at.
