#85 • SIXES WIND VIDEO

Part of Ocala Horse Sale - Saturday, November 8th - Ocala, Florida (live auction by Horse Auctions USA)

Location: Ocala, FL

Status: Sold

Every now and then, you get the chance to own a horse that’s just a little better. In my opinion, “Chug” is that horse. This 15.3 hand, 1300+ lb Direct son of Sixes Pick is extremely broke and unlike a lot of those West Texas geldings that everyone wants, he is absolutely gentle. We got him from the man who has owned him since his 3 year old year. You can’t ask for a better minded gelding that has been in the hands of a horseman the majority of his life. He is prime aged and 100% as sound as they come. If I didn’t already have a using horse, it would be extremely difficult to buy this horse. We search the country over, in an attempt to bring this type of gelding to Ocala Horse Sale. I can honestly say, that I believe Chug is the best that R5 has ever offered for sale. I would say that anyone who knows anything about riding a ranch horse, would be able to get along with him regardless of their age. If you need a horse, that doesn’t need to be ridden every day to stay sane, that will be extremely broke and sound, I have never offered one for sale, I could recommend higher than Chug.
