HAFLINGER/QUARTER CROSS mare! “Betty” is 14.3 hands tall, 9 years of age. Her mother is a registered N.A.S.H paint mare and her dad is a Quarter Horse. Betty has come all the way from Ohio where she was started by the Amish. She was trained to pull the buggy and some farm implements!! The last several years she has been a trail horse for the whole family, taking Gma for rides and the kids. She is very very friendly and safe to ride and be around. Betty loves attention by anyone who comes in the barn. She can go in the arena and WTL or out in the woods for slow relaxing evening rides. Doesn’t have to be ridden often to get along with her.
