Part of Springfield Livestock Horse Sale FRIDAY JUNE 27TH - Springfield, MO (live auction by Horse Auctions USA)

Location: Springfield, MO

Status: No sale

5yo Grade Black Mare Cardi is a sharp little black mare who checks all the boxes! She’s bigger than a pony but perfectly sized for both adults and kids — easy to saddle, haul, and enjoy. At just 5 years old, she’s got her whole life ahead of her and the foundation to go far. She had 60 days of professional training with Sam Shetler last Spring and did fantastic. Cardi rides out alone or in a group, crosses water, and has been exposed to dogs, cattle, and all the usual farm chaos without a fuss. She’s the definition of “been there, done that” — and she comes ready to work. Loads, bathes, fly sprays Picks up all four feet Stands to saddle and mount Leads quiet with kids Would make a fun little pole or playday pony with a bit more tuning Now, she’s not a first-horse-for-your-kid type. She’s respectful and smart, but she’s still young and has a motor. She’s best suited for an experienced rider or a confident older kid working with a trainer. She’s all business and ready to go in any direction!
